Introduction
Thank you for purchasing products from Brand Swatch Studio.
This Personal Use License Agreement ("Agreement") explains how you may and may not use the digital products available through Brand Swatch Studio.
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Brand Swatch Studio product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or use our products.
Ownership of Intellectual Property
All Brand Swatch Studio products remain the exclusive intellectual property of Brand Swatch Studio unless otherwise stated.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Brand Swatch Graphics Kits
- Color palettes
- Website Templates
- Website Systems
- Paint-by-Numbers Website Templates
- Website Blueprints
- Educational Guides
- Courses and Training Materials
- Digital Downloads
- Icons
- Illustrations
- Graphics
- Backgrounds
- Mockups
- Canva Templates
- HighLevel Templates and Share Funnels
- Design layouts
- Copy prompts
- Written content
- Videos
- PDF resources
Any future digital products released by Brand Swatch Studio
Purchasing a product grants you a limited license to use the product under the terms described below. It does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Personal Use License
Each purchase includes one (1) Personal Use License for use by the original purchaser.
This license allows you to use Brand Swatch Studio products for one business or personal brand that you own or operate.
Your license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable.
What You May Do
Under this Personal Use License, you may:
✔ Build websites, funnels, social media graphics, for your own business or personal brand.
✔ Customize colors, fonts, photography, text, and branding elements.
✔ Use the included graphics within your own business.
✔ Use the templates for your own marketing.
✔ Use the graphics on your website.
✔ Use the graphics on social media.
✔ Use the graphics in presentations.
✔ Use the graphics in lead magnets created for your own business.
✔ Use the templates in your own GoHighLevel account.
✔ Modify the templates to fit your business needs.
✔ Continue using your completed website indefinitely after purchase.
What You May NOT Do
Unless you have obtained written permission from Brand Swatch Studio, you may NOT:
❌ Resell any digital product.
❌ Share downloaded files.
❌ Share Canva template links.
❌ Share HighLevel Share Funnels.
❌ Redistribute any graphics.
❌ Give copies to friends, family members, coworkers, or clients.
❌ Upload products to Etsy, Creative Market, ThemeForest, TemplateMonster, Gumroad, Shopify, or any other marketplace.
❌ Include any Brand Swatch Studio assets inside another digital product.
❌ Claim any designs as your own original work.
❌ Remove copyright notices where applicable.
❌ Sell modified versions of our templates.
❌ Create derivative products for resale.
❌ Repackage our products.
❌ Offer our products as bonuses, lead magnets, or downloads.
❌ Use our products in any print-on-demand business.
❌ Copy substantial portions of our educational materials.
❌ Record, reproduce, or redistribute our training.
❌ Reverse engineer or recreate our products for resale.
❌ Use our products to compete directly with Brand Swatch Studio.
Commercial Use Restrictions
This license is intended for personal business use only.
Commercial use includes creating websites, branding, graphics, marketing materials, or other deliverables for clients, customers, or third parties in exchange for payment or other compensation.
Unless you have obtained a separate commercial license from Brand Swatch Studio, you may NOT use any Brand Swatch Studio products to:
- Build client websites
- Design client branding
- Create client marketing materials
- Sell branding packages
- Sell website packages
- Sell templates
- Sell graphics
- Deliver our work as part of your own services
Designers, Agencies, and Freelancers
If you are a:
- Web Designer
- Graphic Designer
- Marketing Agency
- Branding Agency
- Virtual Assistant
- Freelancer
- Consultant
You may purchase Brand Swatch Studio products for use only within your own business.
You may not use Brand Swatch Studio products to produce work for clients unless you have obtained an appropriate commercial or agency license from Brand Swatch Studio.
One Business Per License
Each purchase is licensed for one business or personal brand owned or operated by the purchaser.
If you own multiple businesses or brands, a separate license must be purchased for each business using Brand Swatch Studio products.
No Transfer of License
Your license may not be:
- Shared
- Sold
- Assigned
- Gifted
- Transferred
- Inherited
- Sub-licensed
without written permission from Brand Swatch Studio.
Educational Content
Our guides, videos, templates, and educational resources are provided for educational purposes.
You may use what you learn to improve your own business.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, or republish our educational materials without written permission.
AI & Machine Learning Restrictions
You may not upload, scrape, reproduce, or use Brand Swatch Studio products, graphics, templates, written content, training materials, or other intellectual property for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, developing, or improving artificial intelligence or machine learning systems without prior written permission.
Copyright Protection
All Brand Swatch Studio products are protected under United States and international copyright laws.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or commercial use may result in suspension of access, termination of your license, and legal action where appropriate.
Violation of This Agreement
Violation of this Agreement automatically terminates your license to use Brand Swatch Studio products.
Brand Swatch Studio reserves the right to revoke access to products, courses, templates, downloads, memberships, or future purchases if this Agreement is violated.
Future Licensing Options
Brand Swatch Studio may offer Commercial, Agency, or Extended Licenses in the future.
Unless explicitly purchased, those licenses are not included with this Personal Use License.
